Every home in RV HOMEBASE has the ability to park a full size caravan or motorhome alongside your home, undercover and connected to services.
The MINIMUM standard size for an RV port in the village is 12m long x 4m wide x 3.6m high.
RV ports can be EXTENDED ON DEMAND to 15m in length, and an extraordinary 6.9m in width. That’s more than 100sqm of RV storage space, so they have more than enough capacity to handle the largest rigs, plus a tow vehicle, plus, plus, plus.
RV ports can be INCREASED IN HEIGHT on request to 4m plus in height.
All RV ports are connected to water, 15amp power AND a dump point in the port. Stay connected, and enjoy the ability to use your RV as additional visitor accommodation when you have friends or family in town.
All RV ports can be specified as open, with shadecloth sides, or as a fully enclosed RV garage with electric roller door.
RV port / garage roofs are insulated with 100mm foam panels, so the storage area stays cool and comfortable.

The port is alongside your home, with side access between your home and your RV port. Your RV is there and ready to use at a moment’s notice. You don’t have to pack / unpack it in a hurry. You can drive for 6 hours to get home, pull into your own domain, plug in the power, head into your home for a cuppa, and take your time to unpack over the next week.
As RV HOMEBASE is a gated community, you can be confident that when you leave home and hit the road, your home is likely to be more protected and secure than an average home in the suburbs, with like-minded neighbours providing additional passive surveillance. On request, we can check your home periodically to ensure everythng is OK in your absence.
In addition to your storage, the village also offers an RV wash bay (with high pressure hoses, suds etc, and a gantry way to reach the higher spaces), and an RV workshop, so you can tinker to your heart’s content.
