RV HOMEBASE has recently expanded its range of floorplans based on feedback from prospective residents.  The new range of homes includes:

• Variations on several of our more popular designs, expanded to add large, wrap around verandahs.  Any home with a “V” in the name denotes a Verandah version of a standard floorplan.
• The Fitzroy and the Dawson floorplans – home designs which feature decks at the rear, to take full advantage of sites which back onto parkland.
• Extensions to popular home designs – e.g. the Palmer 3 bedroom has recently been released
• Designs optimised for corner / end sites.   In particular, check out the Burnett, with 84sqm of wrap around decks on 3 sides.
