RV HOMEBASE will be a 210 home residential village, supported by some $3million in RV focused community facilities.
Since we launched RV HOMEBASE to the market, we have been surprised by the volume of interest in our higher end homes, with larger floorplans, bigger decks and king size RV ports all proving popular. This has been causing us challenges in helping people plan their ideal RV friendly lifestyle. Rather than just ignore the problem, we figured there had to be a better way… and we found one.
In response to this demand, and to deliver people more of what they are looking for, we have taken steps to significantly increase the average size of every homesite in the village… by more than 35%. The village has purchased an additional 4ha site adjoining the site, and will now spread the same 210 homes that are planned over the larger site.
This delivers more living room… more separation from your neighbours… plenty of space for the largest rigs (and all your other toys!) to be stored undercover in oversize RV ports… and even better value.
Stage 1 has been released, with homes available from around $350,000. Generous early-bird incentives are available for all buyers in the first stage, with greater incentives offered to early buyers who support us through our start up phase.
Alternately, you can reserve any site in the village for $1000 holding deposit, fully refundable if for any reason you don’t proceed.
