Choose from a range of finishes, colour schemes and optional deign elements, including polished timber floors, RV port extensions and doors, sheds and lawn lockers, air conditioning and solar options.
Brand new homes, ready to move into, are available from around $300,000. Most homes will range between $350,000 – $400,000, depending on your site and home plan preferences, level of finishes, and RV port configuration.
Spec homes (a specific home configuration on a nominated site) are available at special package prices.
